Policies
Order Time
- One-off designs listed on the website are ready for immediate shipping. They will be packaged for shipping within 1 to 2 days after payment has been processed and received.
- Made to order jewelry will ship within 3 weeks of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the items product page. This is the time it takes to produce the item and does not include the shipping time.
- Customized made to order jewelry will be quoted a time of shipment during the course of communication upon ordering.
- Custom designed jewelry will be determined on an individual basis and will be quoted an estimated time of shipment in the custom design contract.
Return Policy
- Returns are gladly accepted of in stock one-off designs. Contact must be initiated to LarNicoleJewelry@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to confirm return eligibility and item should be return shipped within 7 days of delivery, otherwise, package may be refused. Item must be returned in original packaging and in unworn condition. If these conditions are deemed not to be met upon receipt of returned item a restocking fee may apply. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and adequate insurance. No responsibility of returned item will be assumed until package delivery has been confirmed to LAR NICOLE JEWELRY by the shipping carrier. A refund will be issued excluding the original shipping amount and any restocking fee that may be incurred.
- Items that are ineligible for returns are made to order, custom designed, and resized jewelry.
- Order cancellations within a 24 hour grace period from time of online purchase are accepted and may be requested to LarNicoleJewelry@gmail.com.
Warranty
- All LAR NICOLE JEWELRY is covered by a 6 month limited warranty beginning at time of delivery that jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects leading to mechanical failure and/or stone loss. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, worn prongs, broken or chipped stones, etc.
Sizing/Resizing
- LAR NICOLE JEWELRY is not responsible for the ordering of jewelry in an incorrect size. A labor and material fee, in addition to shipping costs if applicable, will be incurred for resizing an item that was ordered incorrectly. It is advised to have your finger sized by a jewelry professional before ordering.
Repairs
- All repairs not covered by LNJ's 6 month limited warranty are subject to a fee.
- Repairs will be accepted at the discretion of Lara Williams and will be assessed on an individual basis. Please email LarNicoleJewelry@gmail.com for repair authorization. Packages will not be accepted without prior authorization. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client initiating repair of jewelry item.
- Should you have any repairs or modifications of your jewelry performed by someone other than Lara Williams any damage or stone loss during or after that repair will not be the responsibility of LAR NICOLE JEWELRY.
Shipping
- LAR NICOLE JEWELRY is shipped via USPS Priority Mail with adequate insurance to cover the value of item(s).
- High value items may be shipped overnight, delivered by another shipping carrier, and/or require signature for delivery. Notification of any change in shipping from what was presented at checkout will be sent to client for confirmation before shipment is released.
- A request for an alternate preferred shipping method can be made to LarNicoleJewelry@gmail.com before placing an order. Accommodations for request will be made if possible and client will be contacted on how to proceed with order.
